Who said all of Santa’s helpers were elves? Since the early days of Beacon in 2018, we have collaborated with Ring on an annual seasonal project to conceptualise, source, fulfil, and distribute themed Christmas gift boxes.
These boxes are designed to thank our suppliers, employees, and partner retailers such as Argos, Currys, B&Q, and Costco across 15 countries. The aim is to go the extra mile to boost morale, strengthen partner relationships, and show appreciation for everyone’s hard work and ongoing collaboration throughout the year.

The Christmas theme for 2021 featured Ring-branded mini Jenga, playing cards, socks, Christmas crackers, snacks, and drinks, all curated for a fun games night with family and friends. We carefully crafted and dispatched 600 personalised gift boxes to retailers and employees, ensuring timely delivery.
In 2022, we encouraged agency-wide collaboration and involved the entire Beacon team in concept development and brainstorming. Together, we settled on the idea of sweet treat baking boxes, which included a bounty of goodies like gingerbread houses (complete with sugar decoration Ring products), a hot chocolate set, branded spoons, and aprons. Additionally, we created a recipe book written, designed, and compiled by our in-house content and creative teams, featuring a festive recipe from each country on Ring’s partner list of retailers.
The Ring Christmas projects seamlessly integrate across all parts of the agency, from strategy and creative to content, operations, and logistics. Our strategy team officially kicks off the project each June to maintain momentum and stay within budget.
Witnessing Ring enhance hundreds of Christmas celebrations has been a highlight of our success. Retailers and employees frequently share heartwarming stories about their gifts on social media, which not only boosts engagement but also highlights Ring as a company that gives back to its team.
